Our team has over 40 year’s experience of supporting people within the housing market. Our dedicated team and the service they provide allows people and families to move forwards with their lives. Over the last 12 months we have provided housing to over 3,000 people across the South East and Midlands
Since 2015 The Housing Network has provided our clients with temporary accommodation as part of their Framework requirements, with properties booked on a nightly-basis. We are committed to providing quality properties that meet an agreed standard supporting a our clients housing demands.
When vetting a property, we refer to our Minimum Lettable Standards document, developed in line with our standards and the Decent Homes Standard Four criteria A-D. 100% of our properties therefore:
- Meet the current statutory minimum standard for housing and are free from any serious hazards
- Are in a reasonable state of repair
- Have reasonable modern facilities
- Provide a reason degree of thermal comfort
We also ensure we maximise the availability of our properties through having an experienced and responsive repairs and maintenance team. One of our Directors is responsible for maintaining portfolio availability and is supported by a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinators and Maintenance Operatives. Rather than the industry maximum of 14 days we pride ourselves in turning around a standard property in a couple of days.
